Air Liquide France Industrie réunit les activités de production et de commercialisation des gaz industriels en France avec 4 branches d'activité complémentaires : Grande Industrie, Industriel Marchand, Electronique et Hydrogène. La filiale compte 2300 collaborateurs, répartis sur 80 sites sur l'ensemble du territoire, et sert plus de clients, de l'artisan aux industriels de la pétrochimie, des laboratoires d'analyse au secteur des semi-conducteurs et à la métallurgie.
Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?
Air Liquide France Industrie consomme de grandes quantités d'électricité et de gaz naturel pour la production des gaz industriels pour des montants annuels de plusieurs centaines de millions d'euros.L'équipe énergie est chargée de définir et déployer les stratégies d'achat d'énergie en cohérence avec les ambitions climat du Groupe, et supporte également l'équipe commerciale pour structurer les clauses énergie dans les contrats de vente de gaz industriels. Elle est responsable du suivi et de la bonne application des réglementations énergie et des actions auprès des autorités pour préserver les intérêts d'Air Liquide.
Le monde de l'énergie en France est en pleine révolution: les marchés d'électricité et de gaz naturel subissent les conséquences d'une nouvelle situation géopolitique et des ambitions européennes dans la transition énergétique. Les sujets énergie se multiplient dans nos activités, notamment grâce aux ambitions propres d'Air Liquide dans les projets de transition énergétique (électrolyseurs, capture de CO2, chaudières électriques, services au réseau etc...) .
Dans ce contexte en expansion, l'équipe Energie France doit se renforcer avec un Energy Transition Manager dont les fonctions seront les suivantes:
- Développer et animer l' expertise sur les sujets de certification/réglementation hydrogène avec en particulier toutes les problématiques liées à la production et commercialisation d'hydrogène renouvelable et bas carbone. ( Certifications RED, mécanisme TIRUERT, Suivre et déployer les évolutions réglementaires associées.
- Superviser l'application des règles du Groupe concernant l'empreinte carbone de nos gaz industriels et gérer la communication aux interlocuteurs externes (clients, autorités, financements, etc...)
- Définir et déployer la stratégie d'approvisionnement d'énergie pour certains projets de transition énergétique: PPAs, gestion en tolling ("façonnage") , etc...Mettre en place, négocier, optimiser et veiller à la bonne exécution des Contrats d'achat associés
- Apporter un soutien soutenu à l'équipe commerciale pour la simulation du fonctionnement d'un électrolyseur dans le cadre d'élaboration de business plans
- Initier et accompagner les projets d'efficacité énergétiques déployés par les équipes opérationnelles
- Assurer la communication sur les sujets énergie avec autres fonctions et au management: suivi et diffusion de l'actualité marché, formation
- Suivre et optimiser les indicateurs clés liés à l'énergie et proposer des plans d'action pour améliorer ces indicateurs
Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en Energy Management
- Achats d'énergie, marchés de l'énergie, indexation énergie, réglementation énergie
- 3 ans minimum si expérience Air Liquide (SEGE, SIO énergie, WBL énergie, Biogas energy management) , 5 ans minimum si expérience externe (énergéticien ou industrie lourde)
- Une grande rigueur et des compétences en data management. De l'expérience en outils de simulation est un plus
- Grande autonomie, grande polyvalence, bon esprit d'analyse
- Capacité à gérer l'interaction avec un très grand nombre de parties prenantes: juridique, comptable, contrôle de gestion, opérations, affaires publiques, top management etc...
- Une connaissance spécifique de la réglementation RED ou du mécanisme TURUERT est un plus, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise de nos outils industriels
- Langues: une parfaite maîtrise écrite et orale du français et de l'anglais est demandée
