Mission : Participer et Conduire la transformation digitale de notre réseau de partenaires en développant le niveau de compétence de leurs équipes sur nos offres technologiques, software, cloud et de services.

Objectifs : Garantir la Certification de nos partenaires en lien avec nos objectifs stratégiques

Rôle : Sous la responsabilité d'un Coordinateur et au sein de l'organisation Channel :

Comprendre les tendances du marché dans lequel évolue nos partenaires,

  • Saisir les enjeux des revendeurs et distributeurs, appréhender leurs stratégies de développement de leurs collaborateurs
  • Identifier les besoins en formation de nos partenaires en adéquation avec le programme de certification vente digitale
  • Faire le lien avec nos équipes Channel Business Manager pour construire le plan de développement de compétences de nos partenaires adaptés à chaque profil
  • Promouvoir et s'assurer de la réalisation de l'ensemble du cursus de compétences digitale Suivre, mesurer et communiquer l'évolution des parcours jusqu'à l'atteinte des objectifs fixés
  • Travailler en lien avec les équipes EMEA et Marketing sur l'ensemble des programmes de développement et Certification Vente Produits et Solutions Digitales
  • Démontrer son leadership dans le management de son programme
