Quelles sont les missions ?
Je suis Kensy Pierre, consultante au sein du cabinet de recrutement Fed Finance et je suis spécialisée dans le recrutement des métiers de la Finance de marchés, de l'Asset management et du Private equity. Je recherche aujourd'hui pour un de mes clients, basé à Paris (75) :
Un Responsable Risk Management - risque de marché.

Management :
* Vous manager une équipe composée de 2 personnes sur les missions concernant le suivi et le contrôle des risques financiers :
o D'un portefeuille d'OPCVM utilisant l'ensemble des produits financiers existants (actions, obligations, titres de créances, Fonds de tous types, futurs, etc.) ;
o D'un portefeuille de mandats utilisant les mêmes produits, et en y ajoutant des produits
structurés ;
o D'un portefeuille d'OPC " immobilier ", utilisant des produits en direct ou par le biais de SCI ;
Principales taches :
* Définir et mettre en place les axes de travail des Risk Managers ;
* Organiser et animer les comités risques avec la Direction Générale et les Gestionnaires ;
* Suivre la réglementation en relation avec le service Contrôle Interne ;
* Participer, avec les équipes de gestion et les équipes de suivi des risques, à l'élaboration et à l'évolution des cadres de risques ;
* Participer à des travaux de place (AFG, AF2I etc.) ;
* Assurer la relation et les développements avec les fournisseurs de datas et de progiciels ;
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Vous disposez d'une très bonne connaissance de la gestion d'actifs (valeurs mobilières et immobilier) ;
Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 années en tant que Responsable d'équipe risk management ;
Vous être Bac+5 type école d'ingénieurs ou cursus universitaire en mathématiques / économétrie avec une spécialisation en finance de marché / immobilier / actuariat ;
Vous êtes dynamique, rigoureux(se), organisé(e), autonome et efficace ;
Vous avez un esprit pragmatique, de recherche et de synthèse ;
Vous disposez d'un excellent esprit d'équipe et d'excellentes compétences relationnelles ;
Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office ;
Anglais courant indispensable ;
