- L'accompagnement Client : la définition des besoins clients, le suivi des réponses apportées et la mise en oeuvre de nos recommandations.
- La Gestion de Projet : vous préparez et animez les ateliers de déploiement de la plateforme/application (mise en place et animation des sprints, méthodologie Agile). Vous gérez les priorités et les plannings afin de répondre au mieux aux attentes des clients ; vous vous assurez de la satisfaction client (mesurée par des KPI's), vous documentez et créez des tutoriels de formation administrateurs.
- La mise en oeuvre et configuration : vous définissez avec les clients les objectifs prioritaires et les traduisez en actions concrètes de management, puis vous participez au suivi technique des leviers d'engagement mis en place (challenges, indicateurs de pilotage, modèles de coaching, programmes de formation, etc.). Vous identifiez et remontez les opportunités d'amélioration de la plateforme en fonction des besoins clients, et participez à la réflexion autour du développement produit.
