About the Role

SWEEP is seeking a Customer Success Lead to oversee our enterprise climate program software.

Our platform integrates climate and ESG data across organizations to help reduce carbon footprints, enhance social and environmental outcomes, and generate audit-ready reports for effective sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Assist customers in adopting and expanding their SWEEP programs, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving.
  • Provide educational resources to clients, including online training materials, webinars, and access to our help center.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify usage trends and develop strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively pinpoint areas for enhancement in our customer support processes to ensure timely and effective assistance.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, business development, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms; experience with SalesForce and Intercom is advantageous.
