Quelles sont les missions ?

Notre client, jeune société créée au début des années 2010, est spécialisée dans la livraison de campagnes publicitaires digitales pour le compte de ses clients.

Pour répondre au mieux à cette mission la société développe en interne des technologies (adserver, tracking, Demand Side Platform, formats publicitaires...) lui permettant d'avoir des avantages lors de la sélection et de l'achat d'espaces publicitaires.

Notre client recherche un Account Manager (F/H) pour intégrer son équipe d'une trentaine de personnes, jeune, soudée, bienveillante, passionnée par le média et le digital.

Rattaché(e) à la direction commerciale, vous serez chargé(e) de la gestion complète de votre propre portefeuille client. Vous travaillerez pour cela en transverse avec toutes les équipes (Studio, Trading) depuis l'identification des besoins clients, en passant par la recommandation stratégique, la mise en ligne du dispositif jusqu'au bilan de fin de campagne afin d'assurer la satisfaction client.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Identifier et comprendre les besoins de vos clients sur leurs activations publicitaires ;
  • Elaborer des propositions stratégiques adaptées en collaboration avec les autres équipes (Studio et Trading) ;
  • Développer et pérenniser les relations clients existantes ;
  • Conserver un contact client permanent afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités ;
  • Assurer le suivi de vos campagnes en lien direct avec l'équipe trading, les fournisseurs et partenaires ;
  • Effectuer une veille marché et construire la stratégie opérationnelle pour proposer des produits adaptés à vos clients.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

Nous recherchons un profil avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience en alternance ou CDI, sur un poste d'Account Manager en agence ou en régie, ou plus généralement dans les secteurs du digital, de la communication ou les médias.

Pour réussir sur ce poste, il vous faut :

  • Un très bon relationnel et le sens de la satisfaction client
  • Une excellente communication écrite et orale
  • Être organisé(e), rigoureux(se), curieux et autonome
  • Une appétence pour le monde du digital
