Role Overview

The Enterprise Account Team at Microsoft is dedicated to guiding clients through their digital transformation journey. This team plays a pivotal role in envisioning innovative solutions that drive significant business outcomes and enhance revenue growth for Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Account Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to spearhead digital technology transformation initiatives in collaboration with our clients.

  • Utilize your extensive experience to engage with senior-level stakeholders, delivering industry-relevant solutions that facilitate the adoption of digital technologies.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of increasing market share, meeting sales objectives, and fostering strong partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a robust customer engagement strategy, building trust and loyalty across various levels of the client's organization.
  • Connect clients with Microsoft’s business and technical leaders, establishing a regular Rhythm of Business (RoB) to showcase the value of Microsoft solutions and their return on investment (ROI).
Strategic Account Management

Proactively cultivate a deep understanding of each client's business and technological priorities, advocating for their needs within Microsoft.

  • Lead the creation and execution of dynamic account plans that align with Microsoft’s sales methodologies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through strategic planning and collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Engage with internal and external decision-makers to anticipate client needs and transform enterprise accounts into strategic partnerships.
Customer Success and Engagement

Position yourself as a trusted advisor to executive-level decision-makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Document and analyze key stakeholders, sentiment, and decision-making processes within client accounts.
  • Implement strategies to enhance upselling and cross-selling opportunities, addressing additional business and technology challenges.
  • Leverage your knowledge of Microsoft’s product offerings to meet client needs effectively.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess a strong background in account management, with relevant experience in driving digital transformation initiatives.
