Le poste de Product Marketing Manager - Environnement SAAS au service de la RSE H/F



Vos missions :

* Vous développerez la stratégie et mettrez en place la commercialisation des produits en fonction des objectifs de l'entreprise,
* Positionnement des produits et messages : Vous élaborerez un message et un positionnement convaincants pour les produits tout en veillant à la cohérence globale du message,
* Stratégie de mise sur le marché (GTM) : Vous créerez et exécuterez des stratégies marché pour les lancements de produits et leurs différentes fonctionnalités,
* Création de contenu : Vous développerez une variété de contenus liés aux produits tels-que des blogs, des livres blancs, des études de cas et vidéos afin de stimuler l'engagement et la génération de leads,
* Aide à la vente : Vous fournirez à l'équipe de vente la formation et les outils nécessaires pour communiquer efficacement quant à la proposition de valeur des produits,
* Analyse de la concurrence et de la performance : Vous effectuerez des analyses approfondies du marché et de la concurrence afin d'orienter le positionnement et la tarification des produits. En parallèle, vous analyserez les performances des initiatives marketing produit.

Le profil recherché

Nos attentes pour ce poste sont les suivantes :

  • Forte compréhension des modèles commerciaux SaaS et du marketing produit,
  • Compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale,
  • Solides compétences analytiques avec une capacité à traduire les données en stratégies exploitables,
  • Maîtrise de l'utilisation des technologies et des outils de marketing, y compris le CRM, l'automatisation du marketing et l'analyse,
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais (lu, écrit et parlé).

La structure intervient dans la formalisation, la mise en uvre et le pilotage des politiques RSE (Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises), HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement) et ESG (Environnement, Social and Governance).

Domaine d'intervention : Stratégie RSE et reporting extra-financier (reporting RSE, CSRD...), veille RSE, management de la conformité (réglementation HSE, autres réglementations, ISO, référentiels internes, qualité...) et gestion des déchets.
