The primary mission of the Sales Senior SSP is to strategically drive revenue growth by selling Sparteos suite of advertising technology solutions. This role requires developing and executing sales strategies building strong relationships with web publishers and influencing market positioning. The Sales Senior SSP will navigate complex sales cycles directly impact the companys revenue stream and play a crucial role in expanding Sparteos market share across international territories.

Sales Strategy and
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital advertising sector.
- Execute a full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals including prospecting presenting negotiating and contract management.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in web publishing.
- Understand client needs and propose Sparteos solutions to address their business challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering insights on industry trends and best practices.
Market Positioning and Influence
- Position Sparteo as a leader in the AdTech space leveraging datadriven insights to influence decisionmakers.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Represent Sparteo at industry events conferences and forums to enhance brand visibility.
Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Marketing Customer Success) to ensure customer satisfaction and solution alignment.
- Mentor junior sales team members sharing best practices and contributing to a highperforming sales culture.
- Proven experience in AdTech sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape including programmatic display video and audio advertising.
- Excellent negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Datadriven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics for decisionmaking.
- Ability to work autonomously manage complex sales cycles and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
