Entreprise :L'ISCOD, spécialiste de la formation en Digital Learning, recherche pour son partenaire, pionniers dans l'automatisation de la communication digitale, un(e) Customer Success Manager - Retention specialist - en contrat d'apprentissage, pour préparer l'une de nos formations diplômantes reconnues par l'Etat de niveau 5 à niveau 7 (Bac+2, Bachelor/Bac+3 et Mastère/Bac+5)Optez pour l'alternance nouvelle génération avec l'ISCOD Description du poste :Comprendre les raisons du départ : tu analyses les freins, identifies les attentes non satisfaites et montres en quoi notre solution peut encore répondre aux enjeux du client , parfois même mieux qu'il ne l'imaginait au départ.Construire un plan d'action personnalisé : tu proposes des solutions concrètes, adaptées à chaque situation, en reformulant notre valeur et en avançant des offres ciblées qui redonnent envie au client de se projeter avec l'entreprise.Collaborer avec les CS Coachs : en lien direct avec eux, tu ajustes l'approche, partages les retours et optimises l'expérience client pour maximiser la rétention.Description du profil :Ultra énergique et avec une envie débordante d'apprendre et de progresser, tu n'as peur de rien Tu es passionné(e) par la relation client et tu as la volonté de contribuer à la croissance d'une entreprise en travaillant sur la satisfaction client et en comprenant les raisons du churn (non-renouvellement d'un client).Si tu adores résoudre des problèmes, trouver des solutions et voir les résultats de ton travail, ce poste est fait pour toi Poste basé à Aubervilliers (93300)Rémunération selon niveau d'études + âgePoste à pourvoir pour janvier 2026Vous êtes intéressé(e) par cette offre d'emploi en alternance ?
