Within the Department « Product & International Deployment » stakes are multiple: guarantee the excellence and innovation of our products in order to improve the time-to-market driven by the efficiency of product teams for France and Europe.


Within the Product and International Deployment Department, we are looking for YOU as an International Product Manager in order to work closely with the Product Squads, Designers, Tech Developers, as well as other stakeholders in order for you to bring in your expertise of the German Banking Market.


Your role:

Reporting to the Head of International Deployment you will work closely with the Tribes/Squads as well as with Marketing and other support functions. You will bring in your knowledge of the German banking market. As an intrapreneur, you will serve the vision, maximize the value and the product viability by ensuring that the needs of the different stakeholders are taken into account.



How you will create an impact:


  • Within the international Team you will share your knowledge of the German Banking market in order to proactively support the Squads when integrating German specificities
  • You will run the Product Discoveries and User interviews with a client-driven approach
  • You will drive User tests, collect and analyse information in order to understand needs and expectations. You will therefore coordinate with UX designers and researchers
  • You raise awareness among Product, Marketing and other teams with regards to the German stakes by taking into account especially legal and compliance constraints
  • You participate in the Product Strategy in line with the company’s ambition (OKR)
  • You analyse data and market trends in order to have an exhaustive view and you share your insights with Marketing and Product Teams
  • You contribute actively to the Product Roadmap
  • You guarantee that your product is compliant with regards to regulatory, security, legal and other impacts.


About You

You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, engineering or a related subject.

At BforBank we are moreover looking for competences than for diplomas. You have not the required diploma but an amazing experience to share Don’t hesitate to apply


Your Experience: Your ability to analyse and understand the German banking market; a first banking experience in or for Germany would be a plus
