We are delighted to be recruiting for a Project Development Manager to join us at Nexun as to grow the French team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, will be fluent in French with a working knowledge of English and will have a passion for Renewable Energy.


Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of the project portfolio with projects of proven feasibility and profitability.

• Running second-phase qualification of project at technical and financial level regarding rationality of a site.

• Provide support in obtaining necessary project authorizations, maintaining relationship with relevant public administration authorities.

• Pilot and manage projects throughout their development stages.

• Identification and management of risks and proposing potential solutions.

• Project planning, budget definition and monitoring

• Manage project feasibility & compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes and standards.

• Deal with authorities and local stakeholders to ensure all permissions are granted to build and operate solar projects.

• Manage relationships with external advisors: technical, legal advisors if needed.

• Coordinate internal technical studies with engineering teams for the correct design of photovoltaic plant (choice of adapted technologies, situation of electrical materials…).

• Manage communication and coordination between project stakeholders (internal and external).

• Submit administrative authorizations and follow-up the instruction of the project.

• Monitoring new technologies, solar news, also participating in meetings with solar association, in professional exhibition.


Qualifications:

• Graduate person with a engineering or master’s degree in energy, environment or agricultural.

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in project and business development of renewable energy.

• Regulatory knowledge of the development of medium or large-scale photovoltaic projects.

• Google Earth, GIS, Microsoft Office, MS-Project, PVsyst.

• Technical background is a plus (engineering)

• Great interpersonal skills, autonomy, team player mindset.

• Rigour and good organizational skills.

Nous sommes ravis de recruter un(e) Chef(fe) de Projets Développement pour rejoindre Nexun et renforcer notre équipe française. Le/La candidat(e) idéal(e) aura une expérience avérée en développement de projets, sera parfaitement francophone avec une bonne connaissance de l'anglais et aura une passion pour les énergies renouvelables.


Responsabilités:

• Participer au développement du portefeuille de projets avec des projets validés techniquement et économiquement

• Piloter et gérer les projets tout au long de leurs phases de développement.

• Planification des projets, définition et suivi des budgets

• Identifier et gérer les risques et proposer des solutions

• Assurer la faisabilité des projets et leur conformité avec les lois, réglementations, codes et normes applicables

• Communiquer et concerter avec les autorités et les parties prenantes locales pour s'assurer que toutes les autorisations soient accordées pour la construction et l'exploitation des projets solaires

• Gérer les relations avec les prestaires externes : bureau d'études techniques, juridiques si nécessaire

• Coordonner les études techniques internes avec les équipes d'ingénierie pour la conception correcte des centrales photovoltaïques (choix des technologies adaptées, définition de l'implantation…)

• Gérer la communication et la coordination entre les parties prenantes du projet (internes et externes)

• Soumettre les autorisations administratives nécessaire et suivre l'instruction des projets

• Assurer une veille technologique, suivre les actualités solaires et participer aux réunions avec les associations solaires et aux salons professionnels


Qualifications:

• Diplômé(e) d'une Ecole d'Ingénieur ou titulaire d’un Master en énergie, environnement ou agriculture

• Minimum de 4 à 5 ans d'expérience en développement de projets et d'affaires dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables

• Connaissance réglementaire du développement de projets photovoltaïques de moyenne ou grande envergure

• Permis B

• Maîtrise de Google Earth, logiciel de cartographie, Microsoft Office

• Un bagage technique est un plus (ingénierie)

• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, autonomie, esprit d'équipe

• Rigueur et bonnes compétences organisationnelles
