We seek a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts. As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for developing longterm relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.

Main missions : 

  • Achieve turnover and gross margin objectives on the assigned sales targets 
  • Develop and maintain strong longlasting client relationships
  • Architecting a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Vusions solutions according to customer needs and objectives. 
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Manager tenders RFPs and commercial proposals in close collaboration with internal departments (product managers aftersales services installations deployment etc.. 

Qualifications :

Qualifications were looking for.   

  • Minimum 5/7 years in a similar role with a proven track record in attaining/ exceeding account management and sales goals 
  • Proven experience selling complex technical hardware and software solutions preferably to customers in the retail industry 
  • Indepth knowledge of the retail industry and its current events
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive and Clevel. 
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Fluent French and English required
