International Sales Development Representative

Job location: La Garenne-Colombes at ip-label Head Quarters (HQ), near Paris La Défense.
Team: International Sales Team, reporting to the International Business Development Director
Areas Covered: UK, Nordics (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland), and Asia Pacific (APAC).

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our International Sales Team.
Your Role:
As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across the English-speaking regions, including the UK, Nordics, and APAC. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and secure new logos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying qualified sales opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
- Presenting Ekara's added value and ip-label's success stories to the right people.
- Prospecting potential customers and scheduling meetings via email, calls and .
- Qualifying incoming leads and transferring prospects to Account Executives seamlessly.
- Feeding and enriching our CRM (HubSpot) with new contacts and updates.
- Monitor the competition and identify new targets.
- Taking part in events with the team and representing ip-label in the region.
- Writing sales qualification sheets following customer meetings.
- Working with the sales team to develop appropriate proposals.
- Working with the Marketing team to set up targeted campaigns via Hubspot.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: 5 years' higher education, Graduate of a business or engineering school.
- 2 to 5 years' experience as a BDR or Inside Sales: A proven track record in a tech company or software vendor.
- Qualities: Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills to understand the prospect's needs. Very good time management and organisational skills. Resilience and perseverance.
- Native English Speaker: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Sales Enthusiast: A proactive, results-driven individual who enjoys prospecting and building relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools like Sales Navigator and Hubspot CRM.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Ambitious: Eager to grow and take on new challenges in an international sales environment.
