Our **Sales Development Representatives'** goal is to establish excellent relationships with new MedTech companies seeking to help smooth their path to achieving full regulatory approval.

**_What you'll do:_**
- Research & self-generate leads via various sources.
- Clearly explain our solution & convert leads into qualified meetings for our sales team.
- Follow up with the prospect and answer any outstanding questions.
- Report & feedback information to the sales team.
- Continuously improve the sales conversion funnel.
- Manage our HubSpot CRM effectively to maximize sales efficiency.
- Provide an end-to-end full customer-first sales experience.

- Skilled in prospection, telesales & lead generation.
- Smart, curious and hard-working.
- Excited to be part of the MedTech industry.
- Empathetic and able to adapt your approach according to the prospect.
- Able to work in an international environment & adapt well to different cultures.
- Able to work with various tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs, and LinkedIn.
- Native or business-level English, French and/or German proficiency is a strong plus.
