Au sein de la division Industrie, l’équipe Industrie accompagne des acteurs leaders tels que SAINT-GOBAIN, SOLVAY, IMERYS, ESSILOR-LUXOTTICA, DASSAULT, SCHNEIDER, VEOLIA, AIRBUS, ORANO, EDF … dans leurs problématiques d’innovation et développement des nouveaux marchés (nouvelles offres, nouvelles technologies, nouvelles géographies…).


L’équipe a pu travailler sur des sujets aussi divers que la décarbonisation des matières premières pour l’industrie du bâtiment, la stratégie de développement dans les marchés de l’hydrogène, l’émergence de nouvelles technologies dans le domaine des batteries, le développement de biosurfactants, ou encore le développement de nouveaux matériaux stratégiques en Europe, etc

En 1993, Alcimed voit le jour, avec pour vocation d’explorer et développer des terres inconnues. En 30 ans c’est plus de 220 explorateurs qui ont rejoints notre aventure. Répartis dans nos 8 camps de base en France, en Europe, à Singapour et aux USA, nous accompagnons au quotidien les industriels pour les aider à innover et à créer de nouveaux business.

Notre rêve ? Construire une équipe de 1000 explorateurs. Et parce que notre voyage s’accélère, nous recherchons aujourd’hui un Business Development Manager pour participer au développement de l’activité Energie, Environnement & Mobilité d’Alcimed.


Vos missions


En tant que Business Development Manager, vous rejoignez l’équipe avec pour objectif de conquérir et de fidéliser de nouveaux clients. Votre objectif est de devenir à court moyen terme Responsable de la Business Unit, dont vous recruterez et managerez l’équipe (consultant et project manager).


Vos missions consistent à :


  • Créer et développer votre portefeuille de clients et prospects
  • Rencontrer des décideurs de haut niveau (Directeur Innovation, R&D, Marketing, …)
  • Etablir des propositions commerciales sur mesure
  • Être l’interface entre vos clients et les équipes projet
  • Assurer le suivi des missions en interne
  • Développer les compétences et savoir-faire de l’équipe


Pour mener vos missions, vous travaillez main dans la main avec les membres de l’équipe, et en particulier les responsables de la Business Unit Energie, Environnement et Mobilité.


Votre profil


  • De formation Bac+5 (grande école d’ingénieurs et/ou de commerce), vous avez un mental d’entrepreneur et vous avez un goût à la fois pour les sujets d’innovation et pour la vente
  • Vous souhaitez évoluer dans une fonction managériale
  • Vous parlez couramment français et anglais
  • Qualités recherchées : dépassement – excellent relationnel – goût pour les secteurs de l’énergie et de la mobilité, mobilité – autonomie – leadership
