En tant que Responsable Rémunérations, vous aurez un rôle central dans la gestion, la conformité et l'optimisation de la politique de rémunérations, avantages sociaux, reporting RH et exploitation paie. Encadrement d'une équipe experte Vos responsabilités -Superviser les systèmes de rémunérations; avantages sociaux, garantir leur bonne application et conformité. -Suivre la masse salariale et les dispositifs de rémunération variable. -Élaborer les process et procédures, assurer leur mise en oeuvre et leur évolution. -Réaliser des benchmarks, préparer les NAO, et contribuer aux revues salariales annuelles. -Être garant de la qualité, la sécurité et la fiabilité des données RH. Reporting RH, exploitation paie -Piloter le reporting RH opérationnel et réglementaire. -Assurer la conformité lors des audits internes/externes -Valider les déclarations sociales et fiscales, et participer à la clôture comptable mensuelle. -Suivre les projets SIRH, ADP/Paie, et RH Groupe. Expérience : 7 ans minimum sur une fonction similaire, en rémunération, paie ou ADP, dans un rôle à forte responsabilité opérationnelle avec un anglais professionnel requis
