Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain the company's salary banding and grading structure; conduct job evaluations and market pricing against industry standards. Lead the annual compensation review cycle: salary increases, bonuses, equity grants; ensure fair, consistent, budget‑aligned pay plan administration. Manage the full range of employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement, wellness) and maintain local regulatory compliance in partnership with local HRBPs. Develop and document clear compensation policies and guidelines, ensuring transparency and effective communication to employees. Conduct in‑depth analysis of compensation data, trends, and forecasts; provide insights and recommendations to leadership; create dashboards for monitoring pay plan effectiveness, budgeting, and cost management. Qualifications 3‑6 years of direct C&B partner experience in at least two international organizations. Track record designing and recommending new compensation structures or benefits programs to meet business needs. Experience presenting complex data to senior leadership and influencing business decisions. Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software (data cleansing, system configuration, executive dashboards). Strong analytical skills: complex data analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, job evaluations, and market pricing. Deep knowledge of compensation principles, salary banding/grading, pay plans, and employee benefits program design/administration. Strong organizational skills to execute large‑scale, sensitive projects (e.g., annual review cycles, new benefit rollouts).
