About BlaBlaCar BlaBlaCar is the world's leading community‑based travel app enabling 27 million members a year to carpool or travel by bus in 21 countries. Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices with 30% working fully remotely. We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist with at least 4 years of hands‑on experience to support and evolve our global Comp & Ben programs. The role covers Bonus, Equity & Benefits management across multiple countries such as BR, PL, UA requiring a strong understanding of local regulations and close collaboration with local HR. You’ll be part of the HR team composed of different key expertise for People: HRPBs, TA, Engagement, Learning & Development, Ops… You’ll be reporting to the Head of Talent, Culture & Performance. A key part of the position involves data‑driven work: market benchmarking (Aon Radford), updating salary ranges, managing large data sets in Excel and supporting the end‑of‑year compensation review (Workday extracts, loading budgets, coordinating the comp cycle). The role also includes compliance responsibilities ensuring alignment with legal and collective‑agreement requirements. As the expert of Compensation & Benefits topics you’ll have to work in autonomy to deliver the best strategy and be fully operational on your scope. Your responsibilities Design, implement and manage the compensation and benefits (C&B) strategy across BlaBlaCar Build & maintain BlaBlaCar’s salary grid and grading system per job function and ensure it remains at all times updated and grounded on relevant external surveys and benchmarking Review our current variable compensation programs, leave & benefits and enhance or develop our programs Lead the annual End‑of‑Year compensation review process globally Prepare meeting minutes, presentations and data for the Remuneration Committee Your qualifications Prior experience in a similar position & in an international compensation environment Strong and proven analytical skills Self‑management skills and autonomy Good communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others You are organized, results‑driven and can prioritize in a changing environment Full working proficiency in English Prior experience in an international Tech scale‑up environment strongly preferred Prior experience with Workday is a plus What we have to offer Hybrid status for this role 4 additional weeks on top of legal maternity / paternity leaves 50% healthcare coverage (Alan) Financial support for home office equipment Minimum 25 days holiday per year Local meal plan policy (Swile card) 50% transportation paid (Forfait Mobilité Durable) Free unlimited carpooling & bus rides Personal growth via trainings, mentorship and internal mobility programs Employee Stock Ownership Plan Regular team building events 1 day off per year to test our product BlaBlaCar is an equal opportunity employer.
