Ce qu’on vous propose
Vous rejoignez notre structure basée à Illange en Moselle pour assurer le développement commercial de votre ligne de produit sur l’ensemble des marchés que nous adressons et la totalité des produits de la Business Unit sur le territoire que vous couvrez.
Ce défi se relève au quotidien à travers différentes missions riches et variées sur des niveaux opérationnels et stratégiques en travaillant sur deux verticales métier :
- Commerciales : Vous intervenez sur tout le cycle de vente (visite client, accompagnement des commerciaux sur le terrain, détection d’opportunité, avant-vente, présentation du produit, négociation commerciale, analyse de marché, élaboration de business plan, formation et assistance des vendeurs et représentants…).
- Produit/ Marketing : Définition de la politique produit, analyse des coûts, définition de budget sur les lancements de produit, anticipation de l’obsolescence des produits, vieille concurrentielle, promotion des gammes, communication interne, mise en avant de la proposition de valeur.
Vous êtes un vrai relais entre les différents services en interne et opérez comme un chef d’orchestre pour embarquer les équipes, faire adhérer à vos projets et les transformer.
Votre rôle est central vos actions impactent significativement la croissance de l’entreprise Des déplacements fréquents à l'usine d'Illange sont nécessaires pour avoir une proximité forte avec les équipes techniques.
Également, vous vous déplacez en France et à l’étranger (environ 40% du temps) pour développer nos projets à l’international.

Et vous, qui êtes-vous ?
Idéalement, vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation ingénieur (BAC +5) et vous avez à votre actif une solide expérience dans la vente de solutions techniques, idéalement dans l'électronique avec une approche en cycles longs.
Votre maîtrise de l’anglais est nécessaire pour vous adresser à notre clientèle internationale. Vous échangerez au quotidien avec des ingénieurs, des chefs de projets et des technologues.
Mais vous n’êtes pas que vos diplômes et que des lignes sur un CV : vous êtes aussi une personnalité, un tempérament
