Risk and Contract Manager H/F

Poste : Rattaché à la direction des projets, le Risk and Contract Manager met en oeuvre, coordonne les moyens et processus nécessaires à la maîtrise des risques et opportunités ainsi que les écarts contractuels. Il s'assure de la traçabilité de la vie du contrat.
Pour ce faire, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
-Avant-projet, en support du CP :
oAnalyser les documents contractuels :
oÊtre garant de la matrice des risques en phase d'offre avec la cartographie des différents risques et estimer leur criticité/probabilité/impact.
oAssurer le niveau de couverture des risques financier d'un projet
oProposer les plans d'actions tout en respectant les directives de la société.
oAssurer la cohérence des clauses contractuelles
oParticiper à la revue d'offre lorsque nécessaire,
oAvec le support des CP et du commerce, établir les plans de négociations
-En phase projet :
oAssister le CP de projet à la maitrise contractuelle du projet et le recensement des évènements
oEn support du CP et du commerce, négocier le contrat et ses évolutions
oPiloter les risques projets (qualitatifs, budgétaires, contractuels, de planning,...)
oIntervenir en cas de conflits ou de crise
oConstituer et rédiger des dossiers de réclamation et collaborer/mener à la négociation
-Général :
oFormer les équipes opérationnelles aux risques contractuels (identification, pilotage, plan d'actions,)
oMettre en place et maintenir les process de pilotage des projets complexes
oAnalyser une situation problématique dans un environnement complexe
oRédiger ou vérifier la conformité d'un contrat
Profil : Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac +5 ou ingénieur avec une expérience solide dans la gestion contractuelle et pilotage du risque. Vous avez une expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum sur des missions similaires en environnement industriel et international.
Vous êtes créatif avec le sens de l'innovation. Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation et de méthode dans le traitement des dossiers. Votre capacité de reformulation, d'adaptation, d'analyse et de synthèse permettra de captiver votre auditoire.
Vous avez de réelles capacités de communication, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
Vous maitrisez les techniques de gestion de risque et avez de bonnes notions de pilotage de projets.
Vous maitrisez l'anglais, ce qui vous permet d'évoluer dans un contexte d'affaires à l'international, de rédiger et de comprendre des documents en anglais, d'assurer l'animation de réunions en Anglais.
