-Développer le chiffre d'affaires et la marge en appliquant la politique commerciale, tout en améliorant la satisfaction client.
-Coordonner les réponses commerciales avec les équipes internes (développement de produits, business développement, marketing, usines).
-Respecter les règles de sécurité, environnement et qualité.
-Construire des relations durables avec les clients pour atteindre les objectifs de rentabilité.
-Proposer et défendre des solutions techniques et commerciales innovantes.
-Suivre les affaires pour garantir la satisfaction client en termes de délais, qualité, et compétitivité.
-Appliquer la stratégie du Groupe sur son portefeuille.
-Informer sur l'évolution du marché.
-Contribuer à l'élaboration et au suivi du budget client.
-Mettre à jour les prix selon les évolutions des matières premières.
-Assurer le reporting auprès de la direction commerciale.
Profil : -Formation bac+4, école d'ingénieur ou de commerce avec une première expérience.
-Maîtrise de l'anglais et des outils bureautiques.
-Connaissance des produits du site/Groupe et des secteurs d'activité des clients.
-Compétences en gestion de projet, prospection, et reporting financier.
-Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler en équipe.
