Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our Zone Managers to ensure seamless execution of B2B deals, from order placement to delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform our sales strategy.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the local automotive market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex sales strategies and negotiate deals.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer applications.
- Native French speaker, with proficiency in English (daily communication with head-office teams will be in English).
