Scento, Europe’s largest perfume decant marketplace, seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own Meta and Google accounts across EU markets. You will manage budgets, bidding, structure and testing against CAC and payback targets, working with brand and data teams to optimize growth.
Fluent English is required, with French or German a plus. Remote-friendly within the EU; offices in Paris and Berlin. Competitive salary (€95k–€125k) + bonus, learning budget and perfume allowance.
