Rivercell seeks a senior lab leader to establish and operate its Paris laboratory, delivering high‑quality single-cell and genomics datasets for AI model training. You will manage a small team of biologists and work closely with the CSO, ML scientists, and data engineers to translate study plans into reliable, repeatable experiments.
You will build lab infrastructure, recruit and train staff, and ensure safety, compliance, and timely data delivery across external partners and in-house workflows.
