Sales Director

Broadridge is expanding its Securities Class Actions solutions globally and is seeking a dedicated salesperson in Europe. This is a sell side product sales position predominantly selling to institutional investors.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with Global Product Sales, ICS International sales, and Business leadership to develop and execute sales strategy in target market(s)
- Drive leads in target market via existing relationships, direct outreach, and events
- Grow pipeline in target market(s) and actively maintain accurate reporting in Broadforce (CRM)
- Lead the sales process from origination through to close, including:
o Assist/Manage, as appropriate, the presenting service offering to identified prospects
o Participate in set up and execution of requirements/scoping meetings
o Assist and support formal response to any client generated RFPs
o Negotiate contract pricing
o Manage prospects through internal due diligence approval process
o Work with Legal department in contract negotiation
o Work with Conversions/Onboarding teams to ensure the successful go-live of new clients
- Develop documents, analysis and presentations based on specific sales needs for customers and prospects and for internal use
- Provide GCAS education and training to internal salesforce and other internal teams to drive internal cross-selling
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry-related events to develop new relationships and promote GCAS, growing Broadridge industry presence and brand awareness
- Any other duties as reasonably required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- At least 3 years of sales experience preferred
- Experience in the financial services industry or securities class actions
- Willing to travel
- Strong written communication skills
- Sales Process management skills
- Fluent in English (essential) plus at least one major European language
