**Job position**:
Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Global Sales director, who is looking to become a member of a forward-thinking and successful team.

As a global Sales Director at Magic Travels, you will be working alongside the senior leadership team, leading the global sales team, to implement the business strategy as well as influencing and developing its future evolvement.

**Job description**:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with overall company goals.
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes by researching, planning, and executing marketing activities.
- Formulate annual revenue budget, complete monthly forecasting, and influence long-term revenue and net profit targets.
- Look for new markets to offer Magic Holidays services.
- Measure performance and market positioning globally and per Magic’s destination.
- Steer and manage international representation offices in designated overseas markets to successfully deploy sales & marketing strategies for new and incremental business as well as growth from existing customer
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of social media and marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate partnerships with international marketing representatives and travel trade.
- Take ownership of the customer and the customer interface with the company’s product and service offering, making sure that all functions of the organization are aligned to meet its strategic commercial objectives
- Generate and qualify new leads and use different approaches to penetrate prospective markets and accounts globally and locally across different business segments and destinations.
- Study trends and competitors’ analysis, create an effective business plan targeting commercial opportunities as well as proactively address shortcomings and/or deviations in the forecast.
- Responsible for the approval of the company's product pricing and positioning
- In liaison with key stakeholders, identify and initiate feasibility studies and business cases for new business opportunities aiming at accelerating the company’s growth.

**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, Business development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of commercial management experience (5 of which should have been in a similar role in the Tourism industry)
- Strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role including International / Global Director of Sales or Commercial Director.
- Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
- An established international network across markets and business segments
