Quelles sont les missions ?

Le Sales Director France sera directement rattaché à la Direction Europe Ses principales missions incluent :

* Gérer l'équipe commerciale pour atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires et de rentabilité définis,
* Veiller à la conformité des règles et des politiques éthiques et commerciales internationales,
* Définir et mettre en oeuvre la stratégie de gestion,
* Suivre les performances des distributeurs et superviser la préparation des propositions commerciales,
* Participer à des salons professionnels et autres activités promotionnelles,
* Collaborer avec les services locaux pour améliorer le marketing des produits et des services.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

Le candidat idéal aura :

* Un diplôme universitaire en ingénierie ou en école de commerce,
* Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des ventes ou en conseil dans un environnement similaire,
* La capacité à gérer une équipe et d'excellentes compétences relationnelles,
* Une maîtrise courante de l'anglais et du français.
