Cabinet de conseil spécialisé dans l’énergie (électricité, gaz, décarbonisation, intégration ENR) nous accompagnons nos clients dans leur transition vers des modèles plus durables : évolution des modèles métier, innovation dans les technologies industrielles et transformation numérique.
Nous portons auprès de nos clients une offre de conseil élargie : études prospectives, stratégie métier, stratégie opérationnelle & accompagnement à la mise en œuvre pour guider l’émergence de projets et services innovants en lien avec l’énergie et la transition environnementale.
Auprès de nos collaborateurs, s'ajoute à des missions faisant sens, notre engagement dans une démarche RSE forte, associant activités de mécénat de compétences, contribution à la lutte contre le changement climatique, actions citoyennes, FunY.
Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Consultant au niveau manager (F/H) souhaitant affirmer son positionnement et animer des équipes autour de sujets clés.
Vos activités se découpent en quatre axes :
Delivery :
- Prendre en charge la réalisation de missions clients : animation de démarches d’innovation, études de marché et veille, modélisation technico-économique, élaboration d’une feuille de route, définition d’un nouveau modèle d’affaire, de nouvelles offres, etc.
- Apporter un avis d’expert aux consultants en mission chez les clients
Business développement :
- Contribuer aux phases d’avant-vente en appui aux responsables de compte clients
- Identifier et porter les thématiques porteuses de potentiel business pour le cabinet
- Veille et réflexion prospective
Rôle modèle et accompagnement de nos collaborateurs :
- Participation aux activités et stratégies transverses du cabinet
- Encadrement et formation des consultants
Développement des practices (cœur de notre développement) :
- Inspirer et impulser une dynamique dans nos équipes, favoriser le développement des expertises et la transmission des connaissances via nos practices
- Contribuer au recrutement, attirer et faire grandir les talents
Vos qualités personnelles et compétences attendues
- Vous êtes diplômé.e d'une école de commerce ou d’ingénieur avec une expérience professionnelle de minimum 10 ans, idéalement acquise au sein d'un cabinet de conseil, dans le secteur de l'énergie, qui vous a permis de démontrer concrètement les compétences répondants aux activités citées ci-dessus.
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance des secteurs de l’énergie et des utilities, ses transformations, ses innovations et ses perspectives.
- Leader, entrepreneur, vous possédez un fort esprit d’équipe et avez développé un excellent sens relationnel.
