Territory Sales Account Manager - Eastern Europe & CIS We are seeking ahighly motivated and dynamic Territory Account Manager to spearhead our salesefforts across Eastern Europe and CIS regions. This is a newly created role,central to our strategic initiative to expand our market share and strengthenbrand presence in a competitive landscape. You will beresponsible for driving sales growth, building strong distributor, OEM andcustomer relationships, enhancing our commercial proposition across the region. Key Responsibilities Develop and executea regional sales strategy in alignment with F-DGSi’s global growth objectives. Nurture existing distributor,OEM and key account partnerships throughout the region and establish newdistributor collaborations in target countries. Build and maintaina robust sales pipeline, focusing on conversion, sustained customer accountengagement and site visits. Conduct marketanalysis to identify new opportunities, competitive dynamics and unmet customerneeds. Support and deliverproduct presentations, demonstrations and commercial proposals. Collaborate closelywith internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Service, Technical Support andProduct Development) to deliver customer-focused solutions. Provide timely andaccurate forecasting, sales reporting and territory insights. Diligent managementand utalisation of CRM for all sales and account activities. Represent F-DGSi atregional trade shows, conferences and customer visits. Requirements Prouven Experience in technical sales or business developement; ideally in laboratory equipement, analytical instrumentsor gas generatiob system Demonstrated success managing distributor networks or indirect sales channels whilst delivering regional growth Educated to degree level in Chemistry Good Knowledge of LC/MS, GC/MS and other laboratory applications Self-starter mindset with excellent communication and negociation skills Willingness to travel extensively within territory (40%) Proficiency in English is essential; additional European languages are desirable Located in Eastern Europe What We Offer An opportunity to shape and grow a newly created role in a strategic market.
