Je recrute un Business Development Manager en Private Equity afin de rejoindre un cabinet d'avocat international de premier plan à Paris. Si vous vous reconnaissez dans l'offre j'attends votre CVA leading international business law firm advising public and private companies, financial institutions and governmental organizations is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its Private Equity practice, based in the heart of Paris.Reporting to the Senior Head of Business Development & Marketing for Private Equity, you will play a central role within the international BD & Marketing function, in collaboration with a team of two Senior Business Development Advisors and working closely with Private Equity Partners and Associates in Paris to deliver the practice’s business development strategy.You will be a key contributor to the firm’s Private Equity business development agenda, driving high-quality delivery, global alignment and initiatives that support both client development and the firm’s long-term growth strategy.Responsibilities :Lead Private Equity pitches end-to-end, from strategy through delivery, while strengthening the practice’s market profile through directories, rankings and high-impact submissions.Translate global Private Equity strategy into local execution, ensuring alignment with firm-wide and sector priorities, and using market and client insight to drive focused BD campaigns.Act as a connector across the firm, building strong relationships with global BD, marketing and shared services teams, and championing best practices, systems and tools to drive efficiency and consistency.Drive client development and cross-selling, identifying cross-practice and cross-border growth opportunities, and supporting relationship Partners with targeted action plans and market intelligence.Leverage data and analytics (CRM, pipeline, reporting tools) to inform decision-making, provide clear BD reporting, and track competitor and client activity to shape strategic priorities.Profile required :Significant business development experience in Private Equity services within a law firm or professional services environment.Solid understanding of Private Equity transactions, fund structures and market dynamics.Proven ability to work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders.Experience in team management is highly desirable.Bilingual French & English.Salary & Benefits :Up to 86k€/year depending on experience and profileAnnual bonuses along with individual objectives (up to 20%)25 days of congés annuels + your birthday off + 2 days off during Christmas periodProfit sharingMeal voucher / Transportation allowance / MutuelleCSEStatut Cadre au forfait - 12 jours de RTT par anEnvoyez votre candidature à t.perriaux@eurolondon.com.Seuls les candidats retenus seront contactés.Retrouvez toutes nos offres sur www.eurolondon.fr
