Join our dynamic team as an Asendia Group Application Service Manager, where you’ll play a key role in both daily operations and forward-thinking projects. Your tasks:
- Lead the Group Application Service Management Tower and act as the primary point of contact and distribute and coordinate activities.
- Manage the end-to-end service of Asendia Group Applications within your scope.
- Coordinate and manage vendor activities, including but not limited to releases, incidents, problems, escalations, KPI targets, budget and performance.
- Ensure effective communication to support teams, vendors, end users and management is provided in a timely manner.
- Ensure documentation is kept up to date and stored in the collaboration workspace.
- Provide Level 3 support for Asendia Group Applications within scope.
- Work with internal and external teams on keeping the applications up to date, and resilient. Lead and coordinate the any upgrade activities where needed.
- Ensure the right support levels are in place to support the applications, where they are not making proposals to design a solution and lead the implementation.
- Report on SLAs and KPIs and take actions accordingly.
- Provide training and support to support teams and end users.
- Manage the relationship with the business representatives for applications.
- Monitor System performance, provide updates and continual service improvements to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Your profile:
• IT Infrastructure knowledge
• Good LINUX and Windows knowledge
• Python experience.
• Web technologies, HTML, Apache Server, .NET framework knowledge.
• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL and MySQL queries.
• Networking and DNS knowledge.
• IT Service Management knowledge (ITIL, COBIT Etc.
• Demonstrated resilience, ability to manage yourself and motivate others. Act as a role model for your team and peers.
• You are a self-motivated, persistent, and flexible person with the capacity to listen and understand customers’ requirements.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and engage
