Nous recherchons un(e) Internal Account Manager H/F pour CDD pour une durée de 6 mois à partir de février (renouvelable, possibilité de CDI) pour notre site lyonnais. vous serez responsable des demandes clients et de la relation entre les éditeurs partenaires de SCC.Vos missions principales :Assurer le traitement des dossiers commerciaux et garantir le bon déroulement des opérations en respectant les procédures internes,Assurer un rôle d’interface entre les services internes SCC, nos clients et nos fournisseurs,Etablir les devis selon les règles du marché,Respecter et optimiser la marge,Utiliser et mettre à jour le portail Now&ME,Effectuer des relances via différents canaux, et apportez une solution en cas de litiges,Réaliser un reporting régulier de votre activité,Participer aux réponses d’appels d’offres avec votre ligne de management.Votre profil :Vous avez une première expérience dans l’assistanat commercial et/ou la relation client,Le secteur de l’IT vous intéresse,Vous êtes rigoureux(euse), organisé(e)Vous êtes autonome et à l’aise avec les outils informatiques,Vous êtes agiles, et savez travailler en équipe
