**_Account Manager to ensure our existing customers get the most of our products and services_**
- We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Commercial Team in Lyon or Paris (France). You will play a strategic & tactic role expanding Efficy’s market shares, and make the installed based customers grow._

You will have more than 500 colleagues placed in Belgium, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Hong Kong and a few remote.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with small customers
- Create and implement strategic account plans to increase revenue and market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the small customer segment
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with small customers in the SaaS industry using Efficy CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage the sales pipeline for small customers and ensure revenue targets are met
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of client initiatives using our services
- Attend industry events to network and stay up to date on industry trends in the SaaS CRM space, with a focus on Efficy CRM
**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related field or equivalent by experience
- Proficient French knowledge and conversational English
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to learn quickly and think strategically
- Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
