Nous accompagnons nos clients dans leurs projets de transformation digitale et leurs enjeux IT sur l’ensemble du Moyen-Orient.Responsabilités clésPilotage Business & DeliveryGérer des plateaux de consultants affectés à des clients en Arabie SaouditeAssurer la performance opérationnelle et le respect des engagements clients (SLA, KPIs, qualité du delivery)Contribuer au développement du business : fidélisation, montée en charge, nouvelles opportunitésRelation ClientMaintenir une relation de proximité avec les équipes IT clientesOrganiser et animer les comités hebdomadaires / points de suiviComprendre les besoins techniques et anticiper les demandes futuresStaffing & Gestion RessourcesIdentifier les besoins en staffingPiloter les recrutements avec l’équipe Talent AcquisitionConduire des pré-entretiens / évaluations avant soumission candidatOrganiser l’onboarding des consultantsEnvironnement IT & Support InterneAssurer la mise en place des outils, accès et équipements nécessairesGarantir un environnement de travail conforme aux standards clientSuivi de Performance & ReportingSuivre les performances individuelles des consultantsMettre en place des plans d’amélioration et actions correctives si besoinContribuer à limiter le turnover et maintenir un bon climat socialProduire les reporting nécessaires pour la direction (KPIs, staffing, forecasts)Profil recherchéBac+5 : Gestion, Informatique, Ingénierie, Management ou équivalentArabe littéraire (lu / parlé) – impératifExcellente maîtrise du français (obligatoire)Bon niveau d’anglais professionnelCulture IT solide : cycle de delivery, logiciels, support, méthodes agilesExpérience ESN / IT consulting impératif Leadership naturel, sens du service, aisance relationnelleCapacité à travailler en environnement multiculturelRigueur, organisation, orientation résultats
