Nous recrutons un Product Owner ou un Product Manager ayant une expérience dans le pilotage de la création d'un chatbot et d'IA générative MISSIONS: - Gestion de produit : Définition et priorisation des fonctionnalités de l'outil en fonction des besoins des utilisateurs et des sponsors. Rédaction des users stories et spécifications fonctionnelles. Gestion du backlog et roadmap produit. Suivi des développements et des mises en production. - Proof of Concepts (POCs) : Mener des POCs sur de nouvelles technologies d'IA conversationnelle. Définition de la stratégie d'industrialisation des POCs. Evaluation de la valeur apportée par les POCs. Estimation du ROI potentiel des POCs. Analyser les résultats et proposer des recommandations. - Coordination et communication : Assurer la liaison entre les équipes techniques et les utilisateurs/sponsors. Organiser des ateliers de travail et des sessions de feedback. Communiquer efficacement sur l'avancement du projet. - Suivi de production et Customer Success : Superviser le bon fonctionnement d'une vingtaine de robots déployés chez 3 sponsors. Analyser les performances et identifier les axes d'amélioration. Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main de l'outil et l'exploitation des chatbots et callbots. Recueillir les feedbacks des utilisateurs et identifier leurs besoins. Mettre en place des actions pour maximiser la satisfaction des utilisateurs et la valeur perçue Profil candidat: Expérience significative en gestion de produit (PO/PM). Expérience significative en IA conversationnelle (prérequis). Forte orientation client et compétences en Customer Success Management. Forte capacité d'innovation et de créativité. Excellent relationnel et communication. Maitrise de l'anglais professionnel.
