For the company’s local sales and logistics subsidiary in France, we are seeking an accomplished Director Sales (all genders). The ideal candidate will bring several years of experience in both operational and strategic B2B sales, coupled with a proven track record in leading a field sales force. Outstanding analytical capabilities, domestic outdoor trade expertise and network, a strong ability to shape and execute business strategies are essential to this role.OFFERSales Director / Country Manager of the French entity with overall sales responsibility for the local marketShort decision-making paths with direct reporting line to the Chief Sales OfficerAttractive overall package including bonus arrangement and a company car for professional and private useSustainability and CSR are significant components of the company's DNA and are continuously being developedVaried tasks with a high level of personal responsibilityTASKTechnical and disciplinary leadership responsibility for 9 employees (office-based and in the field)Full responsibility for sales and logistics in France (annual turnover €10 million), with direct impact on corporate strategy and business objectives; ensuring efficient and seamless logistics operationsDevelopment and implementation of sales strategies to achieve corporate goals in the local sales area as well as globallyIdentification and integration of innovative technologies and materials to drive product and process improvementBuilding and maintaining relationships with dealers and business partnersMonitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities to support growth and competitivenessPROFILEBachelor and/or master’s degree in business administration, marketing or industrial engineeringProfessional background in sales with a proven track record of success; ideally combined with several years of leadership experience and in-depth knowledge of the French B2B market (Outdoor)Empathetic and relationship-driven leadership style, with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to open, constructive feedback cultureStrong communication and negotiation skills as well as strong cost awarenessSolid experience in MS Office and modern ERP systemsFluent in French, both written and spoken, as well as very good language skills in English or GermanYou may apply directly via our website or by e-mail to karriere@corventis.eu, quoting project number MS1779.
