Une startup bordelaise en pleine croissance (500K€ d'ARR) développe un produit SaaS de sensibilisation à la cybersécurité, l'IA et la fraude. Leur approche ludique (gamification) séduit de grands comptes (Total, BNP, etc.). L'équipe est jeune, ambitieuse, et cherche son premier First Sales pour accompagner cette phase d'accélération.

Missions :

  • Gérer le cycle de vente de A à Z
  • Identifier, qualifier et closer des comptes stratégiques (DSI, RSSI…)
  • Travailler en binôme avec l'un des cofondateurs
  • Structurer progressivement le pôle sales

Compétences :

  • Première expérience réussie en sales (CDI ou stages solides)
  • Curieux, à l'aise dans un environnement tech
  • Appétence pour la vente consultative
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux cyber / IT (formation assurée)
