Une startup bordelaise en pleine croissance (500K€ d'ARR) développe un produit SaaS de sensibilisation à la cybersécurité, l'IA et la fraude. Leur approche ludique (gamification) séduit de grands comptes (Total, BNP, etc.). L'équipe est jeune, ambitieuse, et cherche son premier First Sales pour accompagner cette phase d'accélération.
Missions :
- Gérer le cycle de vente de A à Z
- Identifier, qualifier et closer des comptes stratégiques (DSI, RSSI…)
- Travailler en binôme avec l'un des cofondateurs
- Structurer progressivement le pôle sales
Compétences :
- Première expérience réussie en sales (CDI ou stages solides)
- Curieux, à l'aise dans un environnement tech
- Appétence pour la vente consultative
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux cyber / IT (formation assurée)
