We are seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to nurture and grow our partnership with our most critical retail partner in France: Leroy Merlin.Position Overview:We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to be solely responsible for the Leroy Merlin France account. This role is pivotal to MOVA's success in the French market. You will be the primary face of MOVA to Leroy Merlin, entrusted with deepening this strategic partnership, driving joint business growth, and maximizing the market share of MOVA's robotic lawn mowers and garden tools across their entire retail network.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership with Leroy Merlin: Develop, implement, and manage the joint business plan with Leroy Merlin. Serve as the single point of contact for all commercial discussions with their buying, marketing, and store operations teams.Account Management & Growth: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at all levels within Leroy Merlin. Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand product assortment, shelf space, and promotional activities.Sales Target & P&L Ownership: Be fully accountable for achieving and exceeding the annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets for the Leroy Merlin account. Conduct regular business reviews to track performance and adjust strategies.Joint Marketing & Sales Execution: Collaborate closely with Leroy Merlin's marketing team to plan and execute impactful in-store campaigns, promotions, product trainings, and merchandising initiatives that drive sell-through and brand visibility.Channel & Market Intelligence: Act as the expert on Leroy Merlin's business dynamics, providing internal stakeholders with insights on sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends to inform product and strategy decisions.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.A mandatory minimum of 3-5 years of Key Account Management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing the Leroy Merlin account in France. Experience in the garden, power tool, or home appliance category is highly preferred.Demonstrated experience in negotiating commercial terms, managing joint business plans, and driving growth within a major retail account.Deep understanding of Leroy Merlin's operational processes, buying cycles, and corporate culture.
