One of our valued clients is seeking a Customer Care Representative on 3 month contract basis.
Client
The global pharmaceutical company work in over 150 countries, and has aims to support positive scientific outcomes through the production and sales of their world class instruments. They have had 225% growth in the past 2 years, and are looking to continue this growth and widen their reach. Their expertise with chemistry and spectroscopy products is proven and they are seeking the right individual to help these quality products have an even further reach.
Role
The role is a Service Provider Manager is to guarantee compliance with QHSE rules to allow the optimal execution of services allowing the maintenance and development of customer satisfaction. This would work on the client side and be a document focused role and working with external service providers to provide the best outcomes possible.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a quality or QHSE setting
- Experience in a laboratory environment
- Fluent in English
- Diploma or Level Bac+2 to Bac+3 in QHSE management / equivalent experience
