That means we don’t just build what clients ask for, we dig deep to understand how they work and how we can help them work better.About the roleWe’re looking for a Business Developer who thrives at the intersection of B2B sales, market analysis, and growth experimentation.You’ll report directly to our Growth Director, work closely with the co-founders, and operate as a true partner to our Growth Marketer. Together, you’ll build and run our outbound engine: from target segmentation and intent signal detection to crafting the right messaging and launching multichannel sequences.This role is critical to our growth over the next two years. We’re in a high-growth phase and need to accelerate — meaning more meetings, faster. For at least the first year, expect a strong focus on cold calling and proactive outreach. Location: Hybrid (Paris-based) Type: Full-time⚡ Level: Junior+ to Mid-level (1–3 years of experience or strong motivation to learn fast) Offices: The company is based in Paris, but the whole Tech team is working remotely. Your mission:Target smartly: identify and segment ICPs/personas using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and qualified databasesSpot buying intent: detect weak signals and intent data to prioritise outreachCo-create messaging: work with the Growth Marketer to craft and adapt outreach scripts that convertLaunch & optimise sequences: design, A/B test, and refine LinkedIn/email/call sequences in HubSpotQualify & convert: run discovery calls, uncover pain points, and create sales-ready opportunitiesNurture relationships: follow up with prospects, keep momentum, and coordinate with the co-founders for closingAnalyse & improve: track performance metrics, propose new tactics, and help scale what works Tools & Stack: HubSpot, Cognism, AirCall, GoogleSuite, ChatGPT You’re the right candidate if you have:1+ year in Business Development, SDR, or growth-oriented B2B roleBilingual in French and EnglishStrong interest in complex B2B sales, prospecting, and marketing automationComfortable with CRM systems, outbound tactics, and modern sales stacksExcellent communication skills, confident on the phone, structured thinker, and a test-and-learn mindsetUnderstanding of IT/tech industry challenges (a plus) What we offer:Direct mentorship from the Growth Director and co-foundersA hands-on role across both sales and growth functionsA fast learning curve with freedom to test, iterate, and innovateA measurable impact on the company’s pipeline and growth trajectoryHiring process:1h interview with HR (includes a technical prescreening in English.
