Poste : Dans ce cadre voici ses principales responsabilités :
-Appliquer la stratégie commerciale axée sur le développement de nouveaux clients,
-Manager, animer et former la force de vente,
-Participer au développement de nouveaux supports d'aides à la vente,
-Contribuer activité au développement du CRM et à son amélioration,
-Assurer un reporting régulier avec la Direction sur les performances commerciales,
-Garantir une veille technique du marché et de ses innovations.
Profil : Au-delà de votre formation supérieure, vous justifiez d'une expérience aguerrie dans la direction d'équipes commerciales, dans un environnement clients industriels de tous types.
Vous avez idéalement participé à des projets SI et faites preuve d'affinités marquées avec l'IT.

Après une période de formation aux produits et process, en véritable manager d'équipe, l'objectif sera d'accompagner l'équipe commerciale dans le développement des ventes. Il travaillera étroitement avec la Direction à définir la stratégie commerciale.
