We're on the hunt for a Partner, Business Development & Strategy Consulting. This role is pivotal to our growth, involves shaping our business's future and will come as the first hire of the company You'll be diving into strategic planning, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with key clients.


Your responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Sniffing out potential clients and business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and spearheading new business initiatives.
  • Strategy Consulting: Advise our clients on how and where to deploy AI solutions in their business to best leverage all their potential.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Product Strategy: Teaming up with our AI wizards to refine our product and service offerings based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Team Leadership: Setting the tone by leading with excellence, fostering collaboration, and keeping the learning vibes strong within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

· Seasoned Business Developer: We're seeking candidates with a proven track record business development or related fields, preferably within the AI/tech industry.

· AI Acumen: A deep understanding of the AI technology market and its business applications is essential to excel in this role.

· Strategic Consultants Welcome Experience in strategy consulting and crafting strategic business plans is a strong plus, with a track record of successful implementations.

· Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are crucial for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Navigating Complexity: The ability to navigate through complex business situations and adeptly manage multiple stakeholders is key.

· Proactive Mindset: We're looking for individuals with a proactive attitude, a self-starter with initiative, eager to take on challenges and make a mark in the world of AI and business growth.

· Strong Academic Background: Candidates with qualifications from top-tier business schools or related disciplines are highly encouraged to apply.
