The role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will act as the single point of contact for all IT delivery, release management, and account coordination activities.The ideal candidate will manage resources, budgets, and risks while aligning IT initiatives with business goals. You’ll facilitate workshops, lead change requests, oversee release management, and ensure smooth execution within hybrid-agile environments. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.Experience with WMS or TMS projects and tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Planner is highly desirable. The position demands a proactive leader capable of driving operational excellence, maintaining governance, and fostering collaboration across technical and business teams.
