Walter Learning conçoit, produit et diffuse des formations en ligne à destination des professionnels, sous plusieurs marques : - Walter Learning : formations généralistes (HACCP, bureautique, web & digital, etc.) - Walter Santé : formations spécialisées pour les médecins, kinés, infirmiers, dentistes. Le pari de Walter Learning, c’est de proposer un nouveau modèle de formation professionnelle, offrant la flexibilité et la créativité du e-learning, couplées à la rigueur et la justesse attendues par les professionnels. Leur savoir-faire se situe dans l’alliance des sciences de l’éducation, du digital et de l’audiovisuel. Walter Learning c’est : - Des formations denses, où chaque mot est pesé, - Des formateurs reconnus ; - Une plateforme d’apprentissage codée-maison, facile d’utilisation ; - Un apprentissage souple, sans contraintes ; - Un support apprenants aux petits soins. Walter Learning a commencé à commercialiser son produit en mai 2019. Depuis, l’entreprise a démontré une croissance très forte, sur un marché gigantesque : en 2020, elle a vendu 12 000 formations. Elle projette d’en vendre 40 000 en 2021 et plus de 100 000 en 2022. L’entreprise est autofinancée et déjà rentable.
Ton objectif numéro 1 sera de faire croître les ventes grâce à tes analyses et les solutions concrètes que tu vas mettre en place par la suite. C'est un poste central dans l'équipe business avec un très fort impact sur le développement des ventes et donc de l'entreprise. A titre d'exemple, tes missions pourront être : * Construire, pour les équipes sales, les bons processus, workflows, dashboards * Définir les packages de rémunération des sales et sales manager * Etre responsable de notre CRM et de la qualité des données (Salesforce & Hubspot) * Dimensionner chacune de nos équipes de vente * Suivre, main dans la main avec les sales managers, le bon déploiement des recommandations que tu auras imaginées en analysant nos données * Modifier les process et cycles de vente pour augmenter le ROI * Analyser une nouvelle opportunité business * Contribuer à la bonne circulation des infos avec les équipes marketing (notamment sur le scoring des leads) Pour mener à bien ta mission, tu dois être capable de prioriser les missions avec le plus d'impact, prendre de la hauteur sur ton travail pour penser à tous les cas particuliers et produire des systèmes simples et faciles à mettre à jour. Une double appétence pour l'analyse quantitative et la mise en place de processus opérationnels est, selon nous, indispensable pour bien réussir dans ce poste Chez Walter Learning, il est possible de choisir son lieu de travail (Paris, Marseille ou Madrid) et de changer à tout moment.
Actuellement diplômé d’un BAC+5, tu disposes d’une première expériences en cabinet de conseil et/ou en gestion de projet commercial avec une double appétence pour l’analyse quantitative et la mise en place de processus opérationnels. Ton analyse, ta rigueur et ta capacité à interagir avec les différents services seront des atouts indispensables pour réussir à ce poste. Enfin, ta capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à faire évoluer les choses te permettra de t’épanouir et de mener à bien les différents projets.
