Posos est le premier outil d'aide à la décision thérapeutique capable de croiser instantanément les informations de 170 sources sur les médicaments, pathologies avec les données du patient. Le moteur d'intelligence artificielle de Posos comprend la question du soignant dans ses propres mots et lui apporte une réponse contextualisée qui l'aide à choisir le meilleur traitement pour ses patients.

Créée en 2017, Posos est utilisée par plus de 45 000 professionnels de santé, dont plus de 20 000 médecins en France.

Descriptif du poste

Missions Principales et Objectifs

  • Stratégie d'Acquisition de Leads Multi-Canaux:
  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies d'acquisition de leads à travers différents canaux (SEO, SEM, campagnes payantes, réseaux sociaux, etc.).
  • Gérer et optimiser le funnel de vente
  • Optimisation des Processus Sales Operations:
  • Gérer et optimiser l'utilisation de notre CRM (PipeDrive) pour assurer une classification précise des leads / ICP et améliorer l'efficacité des ventes.
  • Mettre en place des processus d'automatisations pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Analyse et Reporting:
  • Suivre et analyser les performances des campagnes d'acquisition de leads et des opérations de vente.
  • Produire des rapports réguliers sur les KPIs et proposer des améliorations basées sur les données.
  • KPIs : Nombre de leads générés par canal, taux de conversion des leads, Coût par lead, Temps de réponse moyen aux leads, taux de conversion des opportunités en ventes.
  • Collaboration Interéquipe:
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente, de marketing et de produit pour aligner les stratégies et les objectifs.
  • Participer à des réunions de stratégie pour identifier les opportunités de croissance et d'amélioration des processus.

Profil recherché
  • Éducation: Diplôme en Marketing, Commerce, ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience: Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle d'acquisition de leads et de sales operations, de préférence dans une startup SaaS ou tech.
  • Compétences Techniques: Maîtrise des outils de marketing digital (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), CRM (PipeDrive), d'automatisation (Make, Zapier) et d'analyse (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Compétences Analytiques: Capacité à analyser des données complexes et à tirer des conclusions pratiques pour améliorer les performances.
  • Compétences Interpersonnelles: Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Forte éthique de travail et d'excellence.
