We are hiring:Position: Gallery & Business Development Manager A strategic and evolving role at the heart of a growing creative studio.You will be one of the key pillars of this new venture, directly involved in the gallery’s opening, business development, and the international expansion of the brand.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage a client portfolio: collectors, architects, interior designers, key prescribers, and cultural institutions.Manage commercial relationships and strategic partnerships: partner galleries, private events, international fairs.Organize key events: exhibitions, collection launches, and vernissages.Coordinate production and logistics in collaboration with artisans, artists, and suppliers.Contribute to communication initiatives: gallery visibility, press relations, and social media.Candidate Profile:Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, ideally in art, design, or luxury sectors.Strong artistic sensibility and passion for contemporary design.Excellent interpersonal skills and high-end client service mindset.Autonomous, organized, versatile, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a taste for challenges.Fluent in English.Ability to thrive in a creative and fast-evolving environment within a small, ambitious team.What we are looking for:A passion for art and design, with the desire to fully invest in a growing project.Entrepreneurial mindset, able to take initiatives, bring new ideas, and work independently.Curious, proactive, and engaged personality, ready to actively contribute to the growth of a unique project.Position Information:Employment type: Full-time, Tuesday to SaturdaySalary: Based on profileAbout Emma Donnersberg – Gallery & Design Studio:Emma Donnersberg is an interior architect, furniture designer, and gallery owner based in Paris, recognized for her sophisticated style combining contemporary influences with timeless touches. Her creative universe is expressed through sculptural furniture, unique art objects, and bespoke interior designs.In October 2025, she will open her new gallery in the 7h arrondissement of Paris, dedicated to contemporary design excellence, unique artworks, and exclusive collaborations.
