Our advanced technology (Integration of ATA2200/iSpec2200/S1000D) in Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul contributed to our strong international growth and establishing collaborations with the biggest aircraft maintenance companies all over the world.As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Sales Manager to join our Paris-based team. This role will be central to the development of our commercial operations and the leadership of the sales team.Your profile:You thrive on the challenge of navigating diverse situations, company cultures, and rapidly mastering new technologies. Comfortable managing complex sales cycles, building relationships with key stakeholders, and translating customer needs into tailored SaaS offerings, you ensure our solutions deliver real value and impact to aerospace and defense clients.Your main responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to drive SaaS adoption in the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense domains.Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals.Collaborate with Product Management and Delivery teams to tailor solutions for customer needs.Maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on KPIs.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent FieldLogs and expand market presence.Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their operational challenges and positioning FieldLogs solutions effectively.Provide feedback from the field to product and marketing teams to influence product roadmap and sales enablement.Your qualifications:Master's degree in business, Engineering, Aviation, or a related field.3- 5 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in Aviation, Aerospace, or Defense.Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent understanding of aviation maintenance operations and related technology solutions.Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.Team spirit, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) is requiredWe offer a competitive compensation package depending on your profile.
