As Head of Sales (m/f/d), you will assume overall responsibility for the sales of our IT services. You are the central interface between our sales team and our customers and make a significant contribution to the success of our company.
- The development and implementation of strategic sales planning
- Managing and motivating the sales team
- Acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships
- The negotiation and conclusion of contracts
- The preparation of offers and presentations
- Market observation and competitor analysis
- Budget planning and control
- You have a degree with a focus on business or IT or comparable training
- You have excellent knowledge of the IT industry and have several years of experience in sales of IT services and managed services
- You have strength in setting up, developing and managing sales units
- You are a team player and motivate your employees (m/f/d) to perform at their best
- You have a high degree of self-discipline, goal orientation and assertiveness
- You have negotiating skills and are keen to close deals
- A confident demeanor and professional manners are a matter of course for you
- You have a class B driving license
- Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - other languages are welcome
