### Description du poste : Customer Success Manager

**Votre rôle :**

En tant que premier Customer Success Manager chez NRJx, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la création et la structuration de notre département Customer Success. Votre objectif principal sera d'assurer que nos clients tirent le meilleur parti de nos solutions, tout en garantissant leur satisfaction et leur fidélité.

**Responsabilités :**

- Assurer le déploiement et l’onboarding des nouveaux clients pour une adoption rapide et efficace de nos solutions.

- Optimiser l’utilisation de notre plateforme pour maximiser le retour sur investissement et la satisfaction client.

- Gérer les relations clients à travers des réunions de suivi régulières pour maintenir une relation de confiance.

- Identifier et concrétiser les opportunités d’upsell au sein de votre portefeuille clients.

- Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe produit pour remonter les besoins des clients et améliorer continuellement notre solution.

- Mettre en place des processus et meilleures pratiques pour une équipe Customer Success performante.

- Développer et exécuter des stratégies de rétention pour maximiser la fidélisation des clients.

### Profil recherché

**Compétences obligatoires :**

- 5+ années d’expérience en Customer Success, dont 3 ans minimum en tant que Customer Success Manager dans le secteur SaaS B2B.

- Expérience dans la gestion de portefeuilles de PME et de grands comptes avec une logique d'upsell.

- Expérience dans une startup en phase early stage (un atout).

- Expérience avérée dans la gestion de relations clients complexes et l’obtention de résultats mesurables.

- Une expérience dans les solutions de gestion de l’énergie ou secteurs similaires est un plus.
